We provide a FREE prescription collection from all surrounding surgeries and a FREE delivery service to your home in the local and surrounding areas, including Pinner, Eastcote, Hatch End, Ruislip, Harrow, Oxhey and Rickmansworth.

I visited for an aesthetics appointment and was disappointed by the way I was spoken to on arrival.
I arrived slightly early and used the pharmacy entrance, which I had used previously. Rather than politely explaining where I should wait, I was abruptly told to leave and use the consulting rooms entrance next door. This was confusing because the consulting rooms shutter was down and appeared closed, with no clear signage indicating where patients should go.
I completely understand that arriving early does not mean I can be seen early. My concern was not having to wait, but the manner in which the message was conveyed. A simple, polite explanation would have made all the difference.
The treatment itself was fine, but the customer service and welcome were disappointing and left a poor impression.

Outstanding Staff - 5 Star Service and Patient Care
My 8-year-old came down with a throat infection over the Christmas holidays, so we visited our family GP. We saw the doctor at 5:35 pm on Friday, January 2nd, and by 5:50 pm Carters had received the request for antibiotics. I called to ask if they could dispense the medication and let them know I’d collect it before their 6 pm closing. The staff were incredible, keeping the doors open until I arrived. While most businesses would be winding down for the day, the team at Carters went above and beyond to process the request, and I can’t thank them enough.
